All transactions are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. A Digital Solutions is not liable for delays or damages due to external factors including equipment failures, weather, government actions, or shipping issues.
Our design and print tools are proprietary. Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to approval. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices may change without notice—even after submission—due to supplier or material fluctuations.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. No returns are accepted once production or shipping has begun.
Claims for printing defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt. We may reprint or replace defective items if A Digital Solutions is at fault. Claims will not be honored if:
Full payment is required at the time of order unless pre-approved in writing. Declined payments will halt order processing.
Past due accounts incur a 2% monthly finance charge (24% APR). Accounts 30+ days overdue may be placed on hold, and future orders may require prepayment. Customers are responsible for all collection and legal fees.
All products are provided "as is" with no expressed or implied warranties. A Digital Solutions' liability is limited to reprinting or issuing store credit for verified defects.
All shipments are F.O.B. Washington, DC. We coordinate shipping as your agent, but once transferred to the carrier, liability for damage or delay shifts to the customer.
A Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from legal claims, damages, or costs stemming from misuse or content that infringes on third-party rights.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after production or shipment.
